Starting the Blankenship Team, a St. Louis real estate agency, has been an important family decision. Brad was successfully selling luxury real estate in Naples as Betsy retired from New City School and was eager to find a new direction that would be meaningful and beneficial for herself and others. What better opportunity than buying and selling real estate with her son, Brad.

The Blankenship Team was born!

Working together these two local St. Louis real estate agents understand the importance of the home-buying process for first-time buyers and those those looking for larger single family homes, and those ready to downsize—Betsy has been there and done that!

Both Brad and Betsy are native St. Louisans and between them have lived in over fifteen different neighborhoods from Florissant to Ballwin, Crestwood to the Central West End, South Hampton to Creve Coeur.  They have a great understanding of the places to live in St. Louis.
