The Blankenship Team

Blankenship Team Starting the Blankenship Team has been an important family decision. Brad was successfully working in the real estate field as Betsy retired from New City School and was eager to find a new direction that would be meaningful and beneficial for herself and others. What better opportunity than working with her son, Brad, and his long-time friend, Ryan Koppy.

The Blankenship Team was born! Working together the three understand the importance of the home-buying process for first-time buyers, like Brad and Ryan, those looking for larger spaces, and those ready to downsize—Betsy has been there and done that!   All three are native St. Louisans and between them have lived in over fifteen different neighborhoods from Florissant to Ballwin, Crestwood to the Central West End, South Hampton to Creve Coeur.
